Planter Fasciitis
Planter Fasciitis is a common symptom where someone will have pain either on the heel or the underside of the foot, this can be very painful and will most likely make it difficult to walk. This issue can stem from a number of places on the body including the calves, soleus, tight Achilles tendon and tight tissues in the underside of the foot. My aim is to loosen up all the muscles linked to the cause of pain, with follow up exercises to help.
