Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can have a huge effect on our day-to-day lives and most people who come see me have some sort of shoulder condition. Through my extensive knowledge, I will try to find what is causing the issues, a common symptom I see is rolled shoulder, where your shoulder is no longer in alignment with your ear and hip, this is quite often caused by tight chest, back and trap muscles which can result in a weaker rotator cuff and pain referral anywhere from the shoulder blade to the front of the shoulder into the deltoids. My aim here is to loosen up all areas of tension that contribute to the pain and also show you techniques on how you can improve posture.
